This beginner-friendly class introduces you to the magic of metal clay, guiding you through the process of transforming clay into pure silver. Using the Project X Initial Impressions Project Kit, you’ll create a personalized charm featuring an elegant initial or decorative imprint.
Under the expert instruction of Carrie Story, you’ll learn essential techniques, including:
- Rolling and texturing silver clay
- Drying and refining your piece
- Firing to transform clay into pure silver
- Polishing for a professional finish
Designed for all skill levels, this class provides a hands-on introduction to Project X Silver, giving you the skills and confidence to continue creating with metal clay. Plus, you’ll get to keep all the design tools included in your kit, so you can continue crafting long after class is over!

Online - your registration price includes your Cowboy Chic Project Kit and postage. There are a few tools required: Clay Roller, Fine Awl, Water Mister, drying method such as coffee cup warmer, skillet or toaster oven, Torch or kiln, Fire Brick
