How the Elevate Fellowship Works

The Clay Revolution Elevate Fellowship is a structured, six-month mentorship designed to support instructors in building and growing a sustainable teaching business.

Fellowship placement is limited and awarded through a selective application process, with one instructor chosen every six months. Each period runs from either January to June or July to December.

If selected, each fellow will begin with a comprehensive review of their current business. Carrie will evaluate their goals, audience, and offerings, and provide a clear set of recommended next steps to help guide their growth.

Throughout the six-month program, fellows will meet virtually with Carrie once per month. These sessions are focused on reviewing progress, refining strategy, and identifying actionable steps to continue building momentum.

To support consistent growth and visibility, fellows will:

  • Share one social media post and one reel per week across up to three platforms
  • Actively promote their knowledge, services, and creative work
  • Schedule and teach at least one class featuring Project X products during the program

Fellows may be eligible to reapply for future fellowship terms.

This is a non-paid mentorship program. Fellows receive personalized guidance, strategy, and support at no cost. Clay Revolution does not provide financial compensation, and no financial compensation is required in return.
