Up to 11 sq in. ex. 2" x 3.5" $4.50
12 to 18 sq in. ex. 3" x 4" $6.90

Graphic design work is $15 per hour. 1 hour minimum.
Image Guide:
For best results, your image file should be black and white (not grayscale). Black is cut away and will be raised in the final clay or metal product.
Submit a .pdf .png or .jpg
300 dpi or higher quality
The image size should be the size of your mat. To check your image size, open the image in any image viewer software and select edit canvas size.
Any text in the image should be at least 2mm in size. Smaller text may not be clear in the mat. For reference Arial 10pt lowercase is approximately 2mm.
Any fine lines in your design should be at least .75pt in thickness. Thin lines may not be clear in the mat.
A small edge must be included around your design. We will add 1/8" border on the left and right side as well as the top. A 1/2" border is needed at the bottom. When calculating your desired mat size, insure that you have a 1/8" minimum border around the top and sides and 1/2" at the bottom. We will adjust the size accordingly during your order process.

How long will my order take?
Most orders will ship to you within two weeks of payment.
Can I reorder later?
Yes, just provide us with your order number or an image of your original texture and we can remake a second one.
What do I do if my image does not meet the requirements above?
We are happy to help you with design work. We will charge $15 per hour. Simple change to format, coloring or size can all be finished within the one hour time frame. More complex design work will be quoted.
Can I use someone elses' design?
While it is unlawful to copy designs, there are many free designs available on the web. Please review all copyright infringement liabilities before submitting images for production. Clay Revolution is not liable for verifying the authenticity of original images.
Can I send a photo instead of a digital design?
Yes, however most photos require extra alterations to create clear images in the paper.
What if I don't have design software?
No problem! We can create custom designs for you from a sketch or concept. Just submit your sketch during the order process.
Can I use my paper in a rolling mill?
Yes, when placing your order, tell us if you want to use the design on clay or in a mill. We will alter your design to use in a rolling mill.
Can I combine multiple designs on one paper?
Yes, absolutely! That is a great way to save a few dollars. just send all of your images and let us know how big the total design space should be.
Do I get to approve the proof before production?
Yes, if we are providing design services, you will receive an email with your proof for approval.
What material are the textures made from?
Our textures are made from high quality, thick paper, making them perfect for fine detail.
How do I clean and care for my textures?
For best results, use Liberation Spray to soak your textures before use with clay. If clay is embedded into the designs, use a damp sponge to remove the clay carefully. Dry flat.
