Class Description:
Unleash your creativity in this hands-on jewelry-making class, where you’ll design and craft your own pair of sculpted bronze flower earrings using Project X Bronze Clay. Guided by expert instruction, you’ll learn essential techniques to sculpt delicate, lifelike flower petals that reflect your unique style.
This class will provide a comprehensive overview of working with Project X Base Metals, including tips for sculpting, texturing, and assembling your design. You’ll also delve into the firing process, ensuring a flawless finish to your pieces.
Each student’s creation will be entirely unique, showcasing individual artistry.
This workshop is perfect for both beginners and experienced crafters looking to expand their skills. Come ready to create a one-of-a-kind treasure!
Important information:
In-person students will finish their earrings in the morning, fire in the kiln and polish in the afternoon. You do not need to bring any supplies or materials to class. Your kits will be available in person.
Online students have the option of firing in a kiln at home or sending to Clay Revolution to fire after class. Tools required: basic metal clay kit, Oval template, tweezers, hard brass brush, optional: Kiln, carbon, stainless steel mesh, stainless steel firing container, tumbler or other polishing machines. Upon registration, your kit will be mailed to you. The kit contains: Project X Bronze Clay 25g, 2 bronze eyelets, oval template, 2 gold plated earwires, 2 high fire CZs
