Sintering Crucible - Alumina

Filamet™ can be debound and sintered in a kiln, making 100% metal, ceramic, or glass parts. A crucible is required to hold the part for this process.

Sizes Available: 300mL (93mm D x 93mm H / 3.66" D x 3.66" H) / 500mL (107mm D x 107mm H / 4.21" D x 4.21" H)

Max Temperature: 1600°C (2912°F)

Material Compatibility: Bronze, Copper, Inconel 718, Stainless Steel 17-4, Stainless Steel 316L, Pyrex® (Borosilicate), Amaco 46-D.

Expected Lifespan: 15+ sintering cycles

How To Use: Bury prints in an appropriate refractory then place the crucible in the kiln and start the program. Full instructions can be found here.
