Gem of the Sea Pendant Class with Stephanie Chavez
Date: Tuesday September 29th, 2026
Time: 2:00 PM-5:00 PM EST
About the Class:
Inspired by a treasure discovered along the shoreline, Gem of the Sea is a beautifully detailed pendant designed to capture the magic of a found sea treasure.
Created with light bronze base metal clay, this piece develops a rich, warm golden tone—giving you the look of gold without the hefty price tag. You’ll create your own little treasure complete with a dimensional pocket designed to cradle a sparkling CZ.
Learn how to precisely set a fireable CZ directly into metal clay, creating a permanent setting that becomes part of your finished piece.
Don’t let the intricate details fool you—all skill levels are welcome! Whether you’re brand new to metal clay or an experienced artist looking to add another technique to your toolbox, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the construction and stone-setting process.
Please Note About Firing
Base metal clay requires an extended firing process, so your finished pendant will be completed after the workshop. Once firing is complete, your pendant will be available for pickup or can be mailed to you at no additional cost.
