Set your gemstone by putting the stone in place, and using a round setting tool or bezel setting tool to gently push the walls against the gemstone.

If firing in metal clay, it is recommended to anneal and pickle the bezel before setting the gemstone as the walls may become brittle during high firing temperatures.
