Project X Silver Clays and the Superiority of Revolutionary Binders

Revolutionary Binding Agents

Why is Project X more user friendly?

You've undoubtedly caught wind of the buzz surrounding Project X silver clays. They're the talk of the town, and for good reason. But what sets them apart from the rest? Why are they the go-to choice for artisans looking to elevate their craft? Let's delve into the details.

First and foremost, Project X silver clays represent a significant leap forward in the world of metal clay. The learning curve that once intimidated newcomers is now smoothing out, thanks to the innovative advances of Project X.

Perfect consistency

One of the key distinguishing features lies in the binders used in Project X clays. Unlike other brands, Project X employs binders that offer a multitude of benefits. These binders provide a longer working time, meaning less rushing and more precision in your creations. Gone are the days of struggling with dry or even sticky clay. With Project X, you'll experience a newfound ease in your artistic process.

But perhaps the true magic of Project X clay lies in its activation process. Picture this: you open a package of clay, expecting the usual old grainy feel, but instead, you're met with firm material. As you roll it out thin, something incredible happens. The binders within the clay undergo compression and stretching, transforming the texture into a smooth, plasticity that's an absolute joy to work with. And the best part? This delightful consistency lasts!

As you may know, I use silver clay in my work, so I felt a bit lost when the Japanese manufacturer of my favourite brand of silver clay, PMC, shut down their business. There are other brands, but they all work slightly differently and I had learned exactly how PMC would behave. My art is experimental enough without the unknowns of a new clay type! 😅

But! A very new silver clay has just entered the market. Five Star Project X is made by @clayrevolution and it is revolutionary indeed. I tested out the flex version of .999 silver. As promised in the instructions, although hard and dry out of the packet, it soon massaged into a soft almost "bouncy" ball and not in any way sticky. I pressed it into a homemade flexible mould and it popped out very easily, when dry, to reveal flawless uptake of the detail, no cracks, no bubbles. It fired beautifully too (but it does shrink a lot!).

I am no longer sad. I loved you PMC but you've been out-shone. I really don't miss you any more. 💕

Working with Project X

To maintain this optimal working condition, simply keep your clay under a hydrating cup while you're in the midst of creation. Once your work for the day is complete, there's no need for elaborate sealing rituals. Just wrap the clay back up in its internal plastic, and you're good to go. Weeks, even months later, when you're ready to pick up where you left off, a simple roll-out of the clay will reactivate the binders, ensuring it remains as pliable as the day you first opened it.

For those seeking an extra level of creaminess in their clay, Project X offers the X20 Rehydration Fluid. Just a few drops added to the clay during its initial use will result in a luxurious texture that stays creamy for months on end.

Discover the New Technology Yourself

In essence, Project X silver clays aren't just a product; they're a game-changer for metal clay artisans everywhere. With their innovative binders, effortless activation, and unparalleled longevity, they're liberating creativity in ways never before imagined. So why settle for the status quo when you can experience the magic of Project X? Elevate your craft today and discover the difference for yourself.
